Do we have to pay a deposit for kids?

Yes, a down payment of $150 per person including any children is needed to secure your room.  (Regardless of the child age a deposit is still needed)

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is refundable as long as you cancel before May 24, 2027.  After that date only a percentage of any payment made can be refunded.  Please refer to the cancelation policy Carnival Cancelation Policy

I don’t have the full deposit at this time can I make a payment towards it?

Yes, of course you can make smaller payments towards your deposit and once the full deposit amount is received you will then have the chance to choose your room and room location.  You will also receive your own booking number which you can use to make additional payments.

What is the Group Cancelation Policy?

If you cancel on or before May 1, 2027 you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after May 1, 2027  you will not be refunded your deposit of $150 per person.    

If you cancel after May 20, 2027 you will lose 50% of the amount paid towards your trip. 

If you cancel after June 15, 2027 you will lose 75% of the amount paid towards your trip.

Cancel after June 1, 2027 you will not receive any money back.

However, if you purchased Travel Protection and you meet the guidelines stated in your policy a refund and/or credit could be issues.  Please refer to your policy for further information.  

When I searched online I see that Carnival offers a cheaper down payment, why is that?

There are options to pay a lesser amount however please keep in mind you deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE, but if you would like to book one of those deals please let me know and I can explain all details.

If I choose to go with the cheaper deposit how much will it be per person?

Depends on when you book and which offer is available at that time.  For example right now Carnival is running a deal in which the deposit per person would be $75 but remember it’s NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.  Which means once you book not receive a refund for your deposit.  

Do I have to pay Gratuities and how much will it be?

Yes, you will have to pay gratuities and you either pay before you go or they will be added to your room once onboard.  Gratuities are $85 per person.  

Can I book my flight through Carnival?

Yes, Carnival offers a program called Fly 2 Fun and once you receive your booking confirmation number you can add flights by creating an account and then you would goto Manage My Booking to pick your travel dates, preferred airline and flight schedule.
