Caribbean or Mexico all-inclusive escape • 5 nights • $1,800–$3,000 per person. A planning allowance for round-trip economy flights from a major U.S. gateway, resort accommodations, included meals and drinks, and airport transfers.
Boutique city or island getaway • 5 nights • $2,000–$3,500 per person. A planning allowance for economy airfare, a boutique hotel, transfers, meals, and a few selected experiences. Meals and activities are typically paid separately.
Multi-city international journey • 8–10 nights • $3,500–$6,000+ per person. A planning allowance for economy airfare, upscale hotels, transportation between cities, meals, and selected guided experiences. Premium cabins, private touring, and luxury stays can increase the budget substantially.
Each example excludes travel insurance, any customized planning fee, passport or visa costs, baggage charges, gratuities, and personal spending. Exact inclusions will be itemized in your proposal. Destination, dates, departure airport, room category, availability, exchange rates, and group size affect the final price. Solo travelers may pay more for accommodations.

Customized Travel Planning
A tailored vacation involves destination research, matching stays to your travel style, coordinating transportation, and designing the itinerary around you. Customized itineraries, multi-city international journeys, and complex group travel may require a planning fee based on the scope of service. Any proposed fee and included services will be explained in writing for your review before fee-based planning begins.
Planning Fees
Standard resort or cruise booking: Complimentary when extensive custom itinerary design is not required.
Customized single-destination itinerary: $100 per itinerary.
Multi-city international itinerary: $250 per itinerary.
Wedding & Destination Wedding Travel Planning: Custom quote based on the destination, guest count, travel arrangements, and coordination required. The proposal will specify the travel services included and any coordination with the venue or local wedding planner.
Group Trip Planning: Custom quote based on group size, itinerary complexity, room arrangements, and coordination required.
Your planning scope and fee will be confirmed in writing before fee-based work begins. Before payment, we will explain the included services and revisions, payment timing, refund terms, and whether the fee is separate from travel costs or credited toward a booking.
Is airfare included?
Only when your proposal specifically lists it. Flights may be bundled or quoted separately. We will confirm airfare, cabin, baggage, and seat-selection inclusions before booking.
Can I make payments toward my trip?
Some suppliers offer a deposit followed by payments before the final due date. This depends on the supplier, trip, and booking date. Airfare and some arrangements may require full payment at booking. Your proposal will explain deposits, deadlines, and cancellation terms.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
Consider protection for unexpected disruptions and eligible losses. Benefits, exclusions, covered reasons, and purchase deadlines vary by policy; coverage is not guaranteed. Review medical benefits and any pre-existing condition requirements carefully. We can share available options for you to review.
