The following disclosures apply to travel information, promotions, quotes, and reservations offered or coordinated by Upgrade Travel Co.
Agency and Host-Affiliation Disclosure
Upgrade Travel Co. is an independent travel agency. Shaniek Green is an Independent Travel Advisor for InteleTravel.com.
InteleTravel.com is registered as a Seller of Travel where required:
Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
Independent Travel Suppliers
Upgrade Travel Co. and its Independent Travel Advisor act as intermediaries between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and travel-insurance providers.
Upgrade Travel Co. does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service changes, or failures.
Prices and Availability
Unless otherwise stated, advertised travel prices may be:
Promotions may have blackout dates, booking deadlines, residency requirements, room-category restrictions, or other supplier-imposed conditions.
A quote is not a confirmed reservation. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until the supplier accepts the required payment and issues a booking confirmation.
Payments
Travel payments are processed directly by InteleTravel or the applicable travel supplier. Upgrade Travel Co. does not accept travel payments through personal payment accounts.
Never send travel payments through a personal Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, bank-transfer account, or similar service unless the payment request is issued through an authorized supplier or InteleTravel payment process.
Cancellations and Refunds
All reservations are subject to the applicable supplier’s cancellation, change, refund, and no-show policies.
Deposits or payments may be nonrefundable. Supplier penalties may apply to cancellations or changes. Refund approval and processing time are controlled by the supplier and cannot be guaranteed by Upgrade Travel Co.
Travelers should review all applicable cancellation and refund terms before authorizing payment.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may be available for certain trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, evacuations, delays, and baggage losses.
Benefits, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim decisions are controlled by the insurance provider. Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy documents carefully.
Declining travel insurance may result in the loss of payments when a cancellation or interruption is not refundable under the supplier’s terms.
Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, identification, travel authorizations, health documentation, and parental-consent forms.
Requirements vary by destination, citizenship, itinerary, and transit location and may change without notice. Travelers should verify current requirements directly with the appropriate government authorities.
The U.S. Department of State advises travelers to check passport expiration dates and destination-specific visa requirements early.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for evaluating their personal health, mobility, and safety needs and reviewing current destination advisories.
Upgrade Travel Co. does not provide medical, legal, immigration, or safety advice. Government restrictions, health requirements, and destination conditions may change before or during travel.
Schedule and Itinerary Changes
Airlines, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, and other suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, equipment, accommodations, ports, or included services.
Upgrade Travel Co. will provide reasonable assistance when changes occur but cannot guarantee a particular remedy, refund, replacement, or credit.

Destination and accommodation photographs are provided for inspiration and general representation. Actual rooms, views, amenities, activities, and experiences may differ.
Supplier descriptions and promotional information are subject to correction or change without notice.
